Programs To Choose From
Before choosing a program you may want to schedule a FREE CONSULTATION to share your goals and help you decide which program will work best for you. You will not experience any pressure to sign up for anything.
Programs:
One-on-one Training: At our first meeting I will begin a record of your medical history, health risk factors, and fitness level; I will maintain your file over the course of our relationship with a record of every time we meet . Using the health and fitness information you provide, I will develop an exercise program customized for your objectives. After each training session, I will review where we have been, what we’ve accomplished, and where we are going. We will set short term and a long term realistic goal together and outline the steps to get there.
Semi-Private Training: You will come with a partner or be paired with a partner who has similar goals. Then you share the fee with the 1 or 2 other people and the program is developed much like one-on-one training.
Weight Loss and Fitness Counseling: Picture a national weight loss program with points and group meetings and then consider how much progress you could make with one-on-one counseling which included an exercise program. If you are self motivated to exercise on your own, you may choose to just have a customized program developed for you and meet once a month to stay on track and tweak your program as needed. You will get all the tools you need to eat and exercise to lose weight and get leaner.
